GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

BASED ON THE LAW ON STATE BANKS ON DECEMBER 12, 1997 AND THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLETING SOME PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON STATE BANKS OF VIETNAM ON JUNE 17, 2003;

Pursuant to the Law on Credit Organizations dated December 12, 1997 and the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Credit Organizations dated June 15, 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and Ministerial-Level Agencies;

AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE ACCOUNTING-FINANCE DEPARTMENT,

DECISION:

Article 1: SUPPLEMENT THE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OF FAR EAST NATIONAL BANK INTO POINT 5 OF ANNEX 3 ATTACHED TO DECISION NO. 1247/2003/QĐ-NHNN DATED OCTOBER 20, 2003 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ON THE REGULATIONS ON THE BANK CODE SYSTEM USED IN SETTLEMENT TRANSACTIONS THROUGH THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM AS FOLLOWS:

Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, HEAD OF THE ACCOUNTING-FINANCE DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY CENTRAL BRANCHES OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM; CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF FINANCIAL ORGANIZATIONS AND THE NATIONAL TREASURY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.Credit organization branch in province/city and basic credit cooperative…Credit institutions and the State Treasury are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
