DECISION
Regarding the issuance of the management regulations for the electronic information portal
of the Government Inspectorate

GENERAL INSPECTOR
Pursuant to the Law on Information Technology dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 97/2008/ND-CP dated August 28, 2008 of the Government on management, provision, and use of Internet services and electronic information on the Internet;
Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2007/ND-CP dated April 10, 2007 of the Prime Minister on the application of information technology in the activities of state agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 65/2008/ND-CP dated May 20, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Information Center,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Management Regulations for the Electronic Information Portal of the Government Inspectorate are hereby issued.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
The Heads of the Office, Chief Editor of the Electronic Information Portal of the Government Inspectorate, and Heads of all departments, bureaus, and units under the Government Inspectorate shall be responsible for implementing this decision.
