THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish associations;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 45/2003/ND-CP dated May 9, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 88/2003/ND-CP dated July 30, 2003 on the organization, operation, and management of associations;
Considering the proposal of the Steering Committee for the establishment of the Vietnam Golf Association and the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations,
DECISION:
Article 1. Permission is hereby granted to establish the Vietnam Golf Association.
Article 2. The Vietnam Golf Association shall organize and operate according to the Association's Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs and be subject to state management by the Sports Management Committee. The Vietnam Golf Association shall bear its own operating costs and means.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 4. The Chairman of the Vietnam Golf Association, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Head of the Ministry's Office are responsible for implementing this Decision.
