- BASED ON THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
- BASED ON THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK'S DECISION NO. 83/QĐ-NH2 OF APRIL 9, 1996 ON THE ISSUE OF THE REGULATIONS ON MEMBER BANKS PARTICIPATING IN INTERBANK ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS;
- BASED ON THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS DECISION NO. 276/CT DATED JULY 28, 1992 ON UNIFIED MANAGEMENT OF FEES AND LICENSE FEES (NOW THE PRIME MINISTER);
AFTER RECEIVING THE OPINION OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION (LETTER NO. 2659/GTVT DATED AUGUST 24, 1998) AND FOLLOWING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE TAX ADMINISTRATION,
ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE TABLE OF FEES FOR CROSSING THE GIANH BRIDGE.
DECISION:
Article 1. THE OBJECTIVES OF COLLECTION, THE ORGANIZATION OF COLLECTION, SUBMISSION AND MANAGEMENT OF USE OF THE BRIDGE FEES SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS SET OUT IN THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE CIRCULAR NO. 57/1998/TT/BTC DATED APRIL 27, 1998 ON THE SYSTEM OF BRIDGE FEES AND ROADS UNDER STATE MANAGEMENT AND THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE CIRCULAR NO. 75/1998/TT/BTC DATED JUNE 2, 1998 ON AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO POINT 1.D, SECTION A, PART IV AND POINT 3, SECTION I OF MINISTRY OF FINANCE CIRCULAR NO. 57/1998/TT/BTC DATED APRIL 27, 1998.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM NOVEMBER 1, 1998; ABOLISHING PREVIOUS REGULATIONS ON FEES FOR CROSSING THE GIANH FERRY.
Article 3. ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS CROSSING THE GIANH BRIDGE, UNITS PERFORMING THE TASK OF COLLECTING BRIDGE FEES AT THE GIANH BRIDGE AND RELATED AUTHORITIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
