On Recognizing Agricultural Testing Laboratories
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 139/1999-QĐ-BNN-KHCN dated October 11, 1999 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of the Regulation on Recognition and Management of Agricultural Testing Laboratories;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department
DECISION:
Article 1. Recognizes the Central Seed Testing Station's Seed Testing Laboratory in the Central Region as an Agricultural Testing Laboratory for the tests listed in Appendix 1.
Article 2. The laboratory shall have a seal with code number 09. The seal shall be in the form and content as presented in Appendix 2. The seal may only be used to confirm test results issued by the laboratory.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signing. The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department, the Director of the Central Seed Testing Station, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

FORM AND CONTENT OF THE SEAL OF THE CENTRAL SEED TESTING STATION IN THE CENTRAL REGION
(Attached to Decision No. 133/2000/QĐ-BNN-KHCN dated December 18, 2000)
A square seal, each side measuring 3.0 cm.
The seal is divided into two parts with a horizontal line at two-thirds from the top.
The upper half shall bear two lines of text, the first line stating "Testing Laboratory," and the second line stating "Agriculture." The lower half shall bear the code number. 09 of the Testing Laboratory.
Ink color of the seal is purple.
