DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Regarding the price of teaching and learning equipment for second grade of Quang Ngai Book and Equipment Company.

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the decisions of the Minister of Education and Training: Decision No. 12/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated March 24, 2003 on the issuance of the minimum list of teaching equipment for second grade and Decision No. 23/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated June 9, 2003 on the adjustment and supplementation of the minimum list of teaching equipment for second grade;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2523 QĐ/BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated June 3, 2003; Decision No. 3739 QĐ/BGD&ĐT-KHTC dated July 15, 2003 of the Minister of Education and Training approving the samples of equipment included in the minimum list of teaching equipment for second grade.
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Price Management Department - Ministry of Finance;

Article 1. Prescribes the price of teaching and learning equipment for second grade of Quang Ngai Book and Equipment Company as set out in the annex attached hereto.
The above price is the maximum price (inclusive of value-added tax) for investors to organize procurement in accordance with current regulations.
Article 2. The prices specified in the annexes of Article 1 apply to teaching and learning equipment that meet the quantity requirements and match the types approved by the Ministry of Education and Training in Decisions No. 12/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT and Decision No. 23/2003/QĐ-BGD&ĐT (according to the control sample kept at the Ministry), produced from materials (including purchased semi-finished products and accompanying packaging) consistent with the pricing plan presented by the selling entity. High-precision equipment (scales) must be approved by inspection agencies.
Article 3. The price prescribed in Article 1 above is the delivery price at the warehouse of Quang Ngai Book and Equipment Company on the buyer's transportation means.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
