Article 1. Supplementing the service of broadcasting and television over the Internet for overseas Vietnamese citizens to List C of Decree No. 31/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 11, 2005 of the Government on the production and supply of public goods and services.
Article 2. The provision of broadcasting and television services over the Internet for overseas Vietnamese citizens shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 31/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 11, 2005 of the Government on the production and supply of public goods and services from 2007.
Article 3. The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Information and Communications shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision in accordance with current regulations.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
