Decree No. 133 appoints Mr. Phạm Văn Bạch as Chairman and Messrs. Phạm Ngọc Thần and Nguyễn Bình as Vice Chairmen of the South Resistance Committee with Administrative Powers.

OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

PURSUANT TO the resolution of the Government to establish the South Vietnam Resistance Committee and the Central South Vietnam Resistance Committee,

PURSUANT TO Decree-Law No. 182 dated September 13, 1946 on restructuring the South Vietnam Resistance Committee,

PURSUANT TO Decree-Law No. 78/SL dated September 3, 1947 regarding the declaration of personnel in resistance committees at various levels,

PURSUANT TO Decree-Law No. 91/SL dated October 1, 1947 on establishing resistance and administrative committees at provincial, prefectural, county, district, and commune levels,

PURSUANT TO Decree-Law No. 120/SL dated January 25, 1948 on establishing the Central South Vietnam Resistance and Administrative Committee and the Southern Vietnam Resistance and Administrative Committee,

PURSUANT TO the proposal of the Minister of Interior Affairs, the Ministry of National Defense, and the General Commander of the National Army of Vietnam,

PURSUANT TO the proposal of the Southern Vietnam Resistance and Administrative Committee dated January 2, 1948.

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:

Article 1

Approves Mr. Phạm Văn Bạch as Chairman, and Messrs. Phạm Ngọc Thuận and Nguyễn Binh as Deputy Chairmen of the Southern Vietnam Resistance and Administrative Committee.

Article 2

The Ministers of Interior Affairs and National Defense, and the General Commander of the National Army of Vietnam shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
