DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Regarding the issuance of the Regulation on Drafting, Issuing, and Monitoring Normative Legal Documents of the Ministry of Finance

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
- Based on the Law on Enacting Normative Legal Documents 1996, the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Enacting Normative Legal Documents 2002, and guiding documents for implementation;
- Based on Decree No. 135/2003/ND-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government on monitoring and handling normative legal documents;
- Based on Decree No. 94/CP dated September 6, 1997 of the Government on legal systems in ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and government agencies;
- Based on Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1.The accompanying this decision is the Regulation on Drafting, Issuing, and Monitoring Normative Legal Documents of the Ministry of Finance.
Article 2.This decision takes effect from the date of signature. All previous provisions contrary to this Decision are abolished.
Article 3. Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision.
