ARCHITECTURAL COMPANY I UNDER THE VIETNAM RAILWAY ASSOCIATION.
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and state management responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Vietnam Railway Association and the Head of the Personnel and Labor Department.

Article 1: Now hereby recognizes: The "Supply and Construction Material Enterprise" subordinate to Architectural Company I under the Vietnam Railway Association (established according to Decision No. 380/DS-TC dated September 28, 1992 of the General Director of the Vietnam Railway Association, from the date of signing this decision).
The enterprise's headquarters is located at 100 Le Duan Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi City.
Article 2: The Supply and Construction Material Enterprise has the following main tasks:
2.1. Supplying, trading, and transporting construction materials for projects of the company.
2.2. Constructing industrial and civil works according to the classification of the company.
2.3. Organizing the exploitation and trading of construction materials and some other services.
Article 3. The Supply and Construction Material Enterprise is a production and business organization, an internal economic accounting unit with legal personality according to the authorization of the company director, able to open bank accounts and use its own seal.
The enterprise is led by the Director, assisted by several Deputy Directors.
The organizational structure, specific tasks, and operational mechanisms of the enterprise shall be specified by the General Director of the Vietnam Railway Association.
Article 4. The General Director of the Vietnam Railway Association, the Director of the Supply and Construction Material Enterprise, the Head of the Ministry Office, and the heads of related units shall implement this decision within their respective areas of responsibility.
