Pursuant to Decree No. 178/ dated October 20, 2015 of October 28, 1994 Article 3. Method of submitting reports by credit rating service enterprises

In order to create a favorable environment for the issuance and trading of securities, ensuring that the securities market operates in an organized, safe, and effective manner, the Ministry of Finance guides the amendment and supplementation of Circular No. 110/2002/TT-BTC dated December 12, 2002 guiding the collection, payment, management, and use of fees and charges in the banking, securities, and insurance sectors (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 110/2002/TT-BTC) as follows:

After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (Document No. 3493/GTVT-TCKTTCKT September 24, 2002 regarding the non-collection of fees for motorcycles at the Chuong Duc Bridge toll station);

At the proposal of the Director General of the State Revenue Administration, 

DECISION:

Article 1. Suspend the collection of tolls for the use of the bridge for two-wheeled motorcycles, three-wheeled motorcycles, two-wheeled motorized vehicles, and three-wheeled motorized vehicles passing through the Chuong Duc Bridge toll station until a new decision is issued.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units entrusted by the Ministry of Transport with the task of organizing toll collection for the Chuong Duc Bridge, and related agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
