DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Amending Article 1 of Decision No. 121/CP dated August 8, 1967 of the Council of Ministers regarding the calculation and management of the national calendar.regarding the calculation and management of the State's schedule.
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organizations dated December 25, 2001;
At the request of the Director of the National Center for Natural Sciences and Technology,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending Article 1 of Decision No. 121/CP dated August 8, 1967 of the Council of Ministers regarding the calculation and management of the national calendar as follows:
Adopting the seventh time zone according to the international time zone system as the official time of Vietnam.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies, and Chairmen of Provincial and Central City People's Committees are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
