- Mr. Le Cong Phung, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, ceases to concurrently hold the position of Chairman of the National Committee for UNESCO of Vietnam.
- Appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Tho, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, to concurrently hold the position of Chairman of the National Committee for UNESCO of Vietnam.
