GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents No. 17/2008/QH112 dated June 3, 2008 of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2009/ND-CP dated March 5, 2009 of the Government detailing and providing implementation measures for the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 96/2008/NĐ-CP dated August 26, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

Article 1. Announce the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the State Bank of Vietnam that have ceased to be legally effective during the period from January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2008, comprising 153 documents (List attached).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Head of the Legal Affairs Department; Heads of units under the State Bank of Vietnam; Governors of the State Bank of Vietnam branches in provinces and centrally governed cities; Director of the Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City; Management Councils and General Directors (Directors) of credit organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
