Department of Science and Technology in Report No. 234/TTr-SKHCN dated April 3, 2010 and the DirectorNo. of Finance in Circular No. 1349/TC-HCSN dated June 11, 2010, Science and Technology in Report No. d.1. Amount of taxable income in Vietnam:toEstablishes the "Science and Technology Development Fund of Thua Thien Hue Province" to support and promote the development of science and technology within the province.g The Science and Technology Development Fund of Thua Thien Hue Province shall have legal personality, its own seal, and be entitled to open an account at the State Treasury or commercial bank for its operations and transactions.

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and replaces Decision No. 2436/QD-UBND dated July 24, 1996 of the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province regarding the establishment of the Science Development Fund.无效Chairman of the People's Committee Office of Thua Thien Hue Province; Directorpoliciesof Science and Technology; Heads of provincial departments, branches, and agencies; Chairmen of district and town People's Committees of Hue City and Huong Thuy Town; Heads of relevant agencies and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.development - Ministry of Science and Technology;rime Minister c- Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council; organize credit institutions, foreign bank branches are responsible for organizing the implementation of this Circular.- Delegation of the National Assembly;
