Approving the number of electoral units, the list of electoral units, and the number of representatives to be elected in each electoral unit for the Provincial People's Council of Binh Phuoc Province for the term 1999-2004
THE GOVERNMENT
APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 49 (FORTY-NINE) DELEGATES TO THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 17 (SEVENTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1.- Approves the number of fifty-two (52) provincial People's Council representatives, nineteen (19) electoral units, and the number of representatives to be elected in each electoral unit for the Provincial People's Council of Binh Phuoc Province (with attached list).
Article 2. - The Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office are responsible for implementing this Decree.
