Regarding the recognition of Thai Nguyen City as a Class II urban area.

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 72/2001/NĐ-CP dated October 5, 2001 of the Government on the classification of urban areas and urban management levels;

Considering the proposal of the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province, Ministry Ministry of Science and Technology of Construction, Ministry Ministry of Science and Technology of Home Affairs,

DECISION:

Article 1. hereby recognizes Thai Nguyen City under Thai Nguyen Province as a Class II urban area.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.

The Minister of Construction, the Minister of Home Affairs, the Ministers of relevant ministries, the Heads of related agencies, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen City are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
