Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Conclusion, Accession and Implementation of International Treaties dated June 14, 2005;
At the proposal of the Minister of Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda on cooperation in the field of health signed in Hanoi on May 23, 2008.
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle diplomatic procedures for the approval and notify relevant agencies of the date when the Agreement takes effect.
Article 3. The Ministry of Health shall take the lead and coordinate with related agencies to implement the Agreement./.
