Issuing the administrative reform program of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for the period 2011-2020
Based on Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP;

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Based on Resolution No. 30c/NQ-CP dated November 8, 2011 of the Government issuing the overall administrative reform program of the State for the period 2011-2020;
This Decision attaches the administrative reform program of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for the period 2011-2020. The contents of the Program are published on the website www.omard.gov.vn (Administrative Reform).
The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the Circular amending and supplementing certain provisions on the delegation of administrative procedures in fields under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade."
DECISION:
Article 1. The Program on Administrative Reform of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for the period 2011-2020, attached to this Decision, shall be published on the website www.omard.gov.vn (Administrative Reform).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry’s Office and Heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
