Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/1999/ND-CP dated July 8, 1999 of the Government on the Regulations on Investment Management and Construction, and Decree No. 12/2000/ND-CP dated May 5, 2000 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of the Regulations on Investment Management and Construction;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Archives Center at document No. 424/LTNN-KH dated September 10, 2002 regarding the request for approval of the investment project "Kho T.IIB-02",
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the investment project "Kho T.IIB-02" of the National Archive Center II, prepared by the Institute of Architectural Research and reviewed by the Construction Technology Equipment and Testing Company (Ministry of Construction), including the following contents:
1. Name of the investment project: Kho T.IIB-02.
Objective of investment: Construct a storage facility for national archives to store documents that require insurance according to Article 17 of the National Archives Ordinance.
2. Investor: National Archive Center II.
3. Project management form: The investor directly manages the project.
4. Location: No. 2, Yết Kiêu Street, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province.
5. Design capacity, architectural scheme, construction grade:
- Construct a new five-story archive storage building (including three basement floors) with a floor area of approximately 2470 square meters, capable of storing about 5000 meters of shelving for paper documents;
- Central air conditioning room: 40 square meters;
- Toilet: 70 square meters;
- Tunnel: 70 square meters;
- Concrete road width 4 meters, length 60 meters;
- Renovate warehouse number 4;
- Renovate existing facilities within the compound with a total renovation area of: 1064 square meters;
- Reinforce 200 meters of stone path for entrance;
- Invest in specialized equipment for storage for the Center;
- Construction grade: Grade III;
