THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP dated June 3, 2002, and Decree No. 24/2006/ND-CP dated March 6, 2006 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government guiding the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Stamp Duties;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Department of Tax Policy and the State Securities Commission,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amend the transaction fee rates for stocks and investment fund certificates as specified in Clause 2.1 of the Fee Rate Schedule in the securities sector issued together with Circular No. 11/2006/TT-BTC dated February 21, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Circular No. 110/2002/TT-BTC dated December 12, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the collection, payment, management, and use of fees and stamp duties in the banking, securities, and insurance sectors as follows: 0.03% of the transaction value.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. Other contents not mentioned in this Decision shall continue to be implemented according to current regulations.
Article 3. Organizations and individuals subject to the collection, payment, management, and use of fees in the securities sector are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
