REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF ELECTORAL UNITS, THE LIST OF ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE PROVINICAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE FOR THE 1999-2004 TERM
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Elections of Members of People's Councils (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
For the term 1999 – 2004

THE GOVERNMENT
WHEREAS pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Elections of Members of People's Councils (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Agency under the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1.- Approves the number of 53 (fifty-three) members of the People's Council of Quang Ngai Province, 20 (twenty) electoral units, and the number of representatives elected from each electoral unit for the People's Council of Quang Ngai Province (attached list);
Article 2. - The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province, the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Agency under the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
