PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 44/1998/ND-CP dated June 29, 1998 of the Government on converting state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).the People's Committee of Nghe An province and the Central Enterprise Management Reform Board,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the list of eight state-owned enterprises belonging to Nghe An province to carry out conversion into joint-stock companies in 1999 (Annex attached).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the Directors of the enterprises named in the list, and the Central Enterprise Management Reform Board are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
