THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
At the proposal of the Director of the Industrial Safety Technology Bureau,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision:
1. Technical safety management regulations for machinery, equipment, and hazardous chemicals with special industry-specific safety requirements.
2. List of machinery, equipment, and hazardous chemicals with special industry-specific safety requirements.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, Directors of Industry Departments of provinces and centrally-administered cities, General Directors of State Corporations, Directors of enterprises, and Heads of industrial sector units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
