DECREE-LAW
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 136/SL JANUARY 31, 1953
PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63-SL dated November 22, 1945 on the organization of local democratic people's administration;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1948 on the organization of local people's administration during the resistance period;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 150-SL dated December 31, 1949 defining the tasks and powers of the Ministry of Interior,
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior,
ISSUES THE DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1. Mr. Phạm Hữu Lâu, former Chairman of the Anti-French Resistance Administration Committee of Saigon-Cholon Province, is appointed as a member of the Anti-French Resistance Administration Committee of Southern Vietnam.
Article 2. The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
