ISSUING THE PLAN FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PERIOD 2011-2015
ON THE BASIS OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT; GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2009/ND-CP OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, AMENDING DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP;

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S GENERAL DEPARTMENT,
Pursuant to Resolution No. 30c/NQ-CP dated November 8, 2011 of the Government promulgating the overall program on administrative reform of the State for the period 2011-2020;
THIS DECISION ATTACHES THE PLAN FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PERIOD 2011-2015. THE CONTENT OF THE PLAN IS PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE WWW.OMARD.GOV.VN (ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM).
DECISION:
Article 1. HEADS OF THE MINISTRY'S AFFILIATED UNITS SHALL, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAN FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PERIOD 2011-2015, BASED ON THEIR FUNCTIONS AND TASKS ASSIGNED, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING THE FORMULATION OF ANNUAL ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM PLANS TO SPECIFICALLY IMPLEMENT THE ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM TASKS OF THEIR UNITS AND ORGANIZE THE IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF.
Article 2. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S GENERAL DEPARTMENT AND HEADS OF THE MINISTRY'S AFFILIATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry’s Office and the Heads of the units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision.
