PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 50/2007/QD-TTg dated April 12, 2007 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug and Prostitution Prevention;
Considering the proposals of the Ministers of the Ministries, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, and organizations that are members of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug and Prostitution Prevention,
DECISION:
Article 1. Appoint the following individuals as members of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Drug and Prostitution Prevention:
1. Mr. Truong Vinh Trong, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman.
2. Mr. Le Hong Anh, Minister of Public Security, Vice-Chairman.
3. Mr. Phung Quang Thanh, Minister of Defense, Vice-Chairman.
4. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Vice-Chairman.
