DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
APPROVING THE LIST OF STATE ENTERPRISES IN DAK LAK PROVINCE TO BE CONVERTED INTO JOINT STOCK COMPANIES IN 1999
belonging to Dak Lak province, privatized in 1999

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 44/1998/NĐ-CP dated June 29, 1998 of the Government on the conversion of state-owned enterprises into joint-stock companies;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).The People's Committee of Dak Lak Province and the Central Enterprise Management Reform Board,
DECISION:
Article 1. APPROVE THE LIST OF 9 STATE ENTERPRISES IN DAK LAK PROVINCE TO BE CONVERTED INTO JOINT STOCK COMPANIES IN 1999 (SEE ATTACHED ANNEX).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province, the Directors of enterprises listed in this decision, and the Central Enterprise Management Reform Board shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
