Pursuant to the Law on Water Resources dated June 1, 1998.
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Exploitation and Protection of Irrigation Works dated September 10, 1994.
Pursuant to the Decree No. 73/CP of the Government dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Considering the Memorandum No. 118-TT/BQL dated April 14, 2000 of the Project Management Board 416 and the Memorandum No. 15-TT/CT dated April 7, 2000 of the Dau Tieng Irrigation and Water Supply Company.
Based on the review results and the recommendation of the Director of the Water Resources Management and Irrigation Works Administration.

Article 1. The attached Operation and Regulation Temporary Procedure for the Dau Tieng Water Reservoir is hereby issued with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. All previous regulation procedures that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
