DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the assignment of the task of training doctoral candidates to the Institute of Architecture Research - Ministry of Construction
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and state management responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies,
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Construction in Official Letter No. 3079/BXD-TCLĐ dated November 24, 1999, the Minister of Education and Training in Official Letter No. 9778/SĐH dated October 24, 2000, and the Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment in Official Letter No. 3277/BKHCNMT-TCCBKH dated November 2, 2000.
DECISION:
Article 1. Assign the task of training doctoral candidates to the Institute of Architecture Research - Ministry of Construction.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall take the lead and coordinate with the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment and the Ministry of Construction to define the fields of study for doctoral training at the Institute of Architecture Research.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under the central government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
