Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated December 2, 1998;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and state management responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies,
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Construction in Document No. 3079/BXD-TCLĐ dated November 24, 1999, the Minister of Education and Training in Document No. 9778/SĐH dated October 24, 2000, and the Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment in Document No. 3277/BKHCNMT-TCCBKH dated November 2, 2000,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assigning the task of training doctoral candidates to the Institute of Architectural Research - Ministry of Construction.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall take the lead and coordinate with the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment and the Ministry of Construction to define the specializations for doctoral candidate training at the Institute of Architectural Research.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
