DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the approval of the "Space Technology Research and Application Strategy until 2020"
On the basis of the Law on Science and Technology dated June 22, 2000;
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
On the basis of the Science and Technology Development Strategy of Vietnam until 2010;
Considering the proposal of the President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology,
Approves the "Vietnam Space Technology Research and Application Strategy until 2020" attached to this Decision.
DECISION:
Article 1. Implementation of the Strategy:
Article 2. Organizations responsible for implementation:
Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be primarily responsible for coordinating with relevant ministries, sectors, and localities to implement specific tasks assigned under the Strategy, and report periodically annually.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, AND CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
