Decree No. 137/2007/NĐ-CP on adjusting the administrative boundaries of communes to establish communes under the districts of Krông Ana, Ea Kar, Krông Búk, M’Drắk, Ea H’Leo; adjusting the administrative boundaries of Krông Ana district to establish Cư Kuin district, Dak Lak province.

Clause 4 of Article 6Adjusting the administrative boundaries of communes to establish communes under the districts of Krông Ana, Ea Kar, Krông Búk, M'Drắk, and Ea H'Leo; adjusting the administrative boundaries of Krông Ana district to establish Cư Kuin district, Dak Lak province as follows:

1. Establishing Ea Sar commune under Ea Kar district based on the adjustment of 3,677 hectares of natural area and 4,739 population from Ea Sô commune; 1,962 hectares of natural area and 1,772 population from Xuân Phú commune.

Ea Sar commune has 5,639 hectares of natural area and 6,511 population.

Administrative boundary of Ea Sar: East borders Ea Sô commune, Ea Tíh commune, and Ea K Nốp town, Ea Kar district; West borders Xuân Phú commune, Ea Đar commune, Ea Kar town, Ea Kar district, and Ea Dăh commune, Krông Năng district; South borders Ea Đar commune and Ea K Nốp town, Ea Kar district; North borders Ea Sô commune, Ea Kar district, and Ea Dăh commune, Krông Năng district.

After the adjustment of administrative boundaries:

- Xuân Phú commune remains with 2,541 hectares of natural area and 5,622 population.

- Ea Sô commune remains with 32,107 hectares of natural area and 3,205 population.

Ea Kar district has 103,747 hectares of natural area and 141,724 population, including 16 direct administrative units, namely communes: Cư Huê, Ea Tíh, Cư Yang, Cư Bông, Ea Đar, Ea Sô, Xuân Phú, Ea Păl, Cư Ni, Ea Ô, Ea Kmút, Cư Prông, Cư Elang, Ea Sar, and Ea Kar town, Ea K Nốp town.

2. Establishing Ea Ning commune under Krông Ana district based on the adjustment of 2,778 hectares of natural area and 12,700 population from Cư Ê Wi commune.

Ea Ning commune has 2,778 hectares of natural area and 12,700 population.

Administrative boundary of Ea Ning commune: East borders Cư Ê Wi commune, Krông Ana district, and Ea Knuêc commune, Krông Pắc district; West borders Ea Ktur commune and Ea Bhôk commune; South borders Ea Bhôk commune and Ea Hu commune; North borders Hòa Đông commune, Krông Pắc district.

After the adjustment of administrative boundaries:

- Cư Ê Wi commune remains with 3,233 hectares of natural area and 10,004 population.

Krông Ana district has 64,439 hectares of natural area and 196,823 population, including 16 direct administrative units, namely communes: Bình Hòa, Quảng Điền, Dur Kmăl, Băng Adrênh, Ea Bông, Ea Na, Dray Sáp, Ea Tiêu, Ea Ktur, Ea Bhôk, Hòa Hiệp, Ea Hu, Cư Ê Wi, Dray Bhăng, Ea Ning, and Buôn Trấp town.

3. Establishing Ea Sin commune under Krông Búk district based on the adjustment of 1,809 hectares of natural area and 1,649 population from Cư Pơng commune; 4,471 hectares of natural area and 1,652 population from Cư Né commune.

Ea Sin commune has 6,280 hectares of natural area and 3,301 population.

Administrative boundary of Ea Sin commune: East borders Cư Né commune; West borders Ea Nam commune, Ea H'Leo district, and Ea Kiết commune, Cư M'Gar district; South borders Cư Pơng commune; North borders Ea Nam commune, Ea H'Leo district.

After the adjustment of administrative boundaries:

- Cư Pơng commune remains with 7,463 hectares of natural area and 10,657 population.

- Cư Né commune remains with 7,219 hectares of natural area and 9,690 population.

Krông Búk district has 64,034 hectares of natural area and 154,603 population, including 15 direct administrative units, namely communes: Đoàn Kết, Ea Drông, Cư Né, Cư Bao, Bình Thuận, Thống Nhất, Cư Pơng, Ea Blang, Ea Siên, Pơng Drang, Chứ Kbô, Ea Ngai, Ea Đê, Ea Sin, and Buôn Hồ town.

4. Establishing Cư San commune under M'Drắk district based on the adjustment of 20,857 hectares of natural area and 4,466 population from Ea Trang commune.

Cư San commune has 20,857 hectares of natural area and 4,466 population.

Administrative boundary of Cư San commune: East borders Ea Trang commune, M'Drắk district; Ninh Tây commune, Ninh Hòa district, and Khánh Bình commune, Khánh Vĩnh district, Khánh Hòa province; West borders Cư Pui commune, Cư Drăm commune, Krông Bông district; Cư Yang commune, Ea Kar district; South borders Khánh Hiệp commune, Khánh Trung commune, Khánh Vĩnh district, Khánh Hòa province; North borders Krông Á commune, Ea Trang commune, M'Drắk district; Cư Yang commune, Ea Kar district.

After the adjustment of administrative boundaries:

- Ea Trang commune remains with 26,093 hectares of natural area and 4,271 population.

M'Drắk district has 133,628 hectares of natural area and 59,946 population, including 13 direct administrative units, namely communes: Ea Pil, Cư M'Ta, Krông Á, Cư Kroá, Ea H'Mlay, Ea M'doan, Ea Riêng, Ea Trang, Krông Jing, Ea Lai, Cư Prao, Cư San, and M'DRắk town.

5. Establishing Ea Tir commune under Ea H'Leo district based on the adjustment of 9,802 hectares of natural area and 3,239 population from Ea Nam commune.

Ea Tir commune has 9,802 hectares of natural area and 3,239 population.

Administrative boundary of Ea Tir commune: East borders Ea Nam commune, Ea H'Leo district, and Cư Pơng commune, Krông Búk district; West borders Ea Lê commune, Cư M'Lan commune, Ea Súp district; South borders Ea Kuêh commune, Cư M'Gar district, and Cư Pơng, Cư Né communes, Krông Búk district; North borders Cư A Mung commune, Ea Khal commune, Ea H'Leo district.

After the adjustment of administrative boundaries:

- Ea Nam commune remains with 7,647 hectares of natural area and 10,793 population.

Ea H'Leo district has 133,512 hectares of natural area and 111,222 population, including 12 direct administrative units, namely communes: Ea Nam, Ea Khăl, Ea Ral, Ea Sol, Cư Mốt, Ea Hiao, Dliê Yang, Ea Wy, Cư A Mung, Ea H'Leo, Ea Tir, and Ea Drăng town.

6. Establishing Cư Kuin district under Dak Lak province based on the adjustment of 28,830 hectares of natural area and 109,770 population from Krông Ana district (including the entire natural area and population of communes: Ea Tiêu, Ea Ktur, Ea Bhôk, Hòa Hiệp, Dray Bhăng, Ea Hu, Cư Ê Wi, Ea Ning).

Cư Kuin district has 28,830 hectares of natural area and 109,770 population, including 8 direct administrative units, namely communes: Ea Tiêu, Ea Ktur, Ea Bhôk, Hòa Hiệp, Dray Bhăng, Ea Hu, Cư Ê Wi, and Ea Ning.

Administrative boundary of Cư Kuin district: East borders Krông Pắc district and Krông Bông district; West borders Buôn Ma Thuột city and Krông Ana district; South borders Krông Ana district and Krông Bông district; North borders Buôn Ma Thuột city and Krông Pắc district.

After the adjustment of administrative boundaries:

Krông Ana district remains with 35,609 hectares of natural area and 87,053 population, including 8 direct administrative units, namely communes: Bình Hòa, Quảng Điền, Dur Kmăl, Băng ADrênh, Ea Bông, Ea Na, Dray Sáp, and Buôn Trấp town.

Dak Lak province has 14 direct administrative units, including districts: Krông Ana, Ea Kar, Krông Búk, M'Dắk, Ea H'Leo, Cư M'Gar, Buôn Đôn, Ea Súp, Krông Bông, Krông Năng, Lắk, Krông Pắc, Cư Kuin, and Buôn Ma Thuột city.

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Minister of Interior, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province, and the Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
