This Circular amends the schedule of road usage fees at two toll stations: Tan Die (Thai Binh) and Cuu Rac (Ha Tinh). The fee levels are adjusted for vehicles from under 12 seats to over 18 tons in load capacity, applicable on a per trip, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Article 1.
Amending Biểu mức thu phí sử dụng đường bộ ban hành kèm theo các Thông tư (Phụ lục kèm theo) sau đây:1. Thông tư số 172/2014/TT-BTC ngày 14/11/2014 của Bộ Tài chính quy định mức thu, chế độ thu, nộp, quản lý và sử dụng phí sử dụng đường bộ trạm thu phí Tân Đệ, tỉnh Thái Bình.
2. Thông tư số 154/2015/TT-BTC ngày 05/10/2015 của Bộ Tài chính quy định mức thu, chế độ thu, nộp, quản lý và sử dụng phí sử dụng đường bộ trạm thu phí Cầu Rác, quốc lộ 1, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh.
Điều 2. Tổ chức thực hiệnứ
1. Thông tư này có hiệu lực thi hành kểtừ ngày 22 tháng 9 năm 2016. Mức thu vé lượt áp dụng kể từ ngày 22 tháng 9 năm 2016. Mức thu vé tháng, vé quý áp dụng kể ngày 01 tháng 10 năm 2016. Đối với vé đã in của các nhóm phương tiện thuộc diện điều chỉnh giảm mức thu phí (so với mức phí tại các Thông tư quy định tại Điều 1 Thông tư này) chưa sử dụng hết, đơn vị thu phí báo cáo cơ quan thuế quản lý trực tiếp và thực hiện đóng dấu mức thu phí mới lên vé đã in. ngày 22 tháng 9 năm 2016. Mức thu vé lượt áp dụng kể từ ngày 22 tháng 9 năm 2016. Mức thu vé tháng, vé quý áp dụng kể 2. Trong quá trình thực hiện nếu phát sinh vướng mắc, đề nghị các cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân phản ánh kịp thời về Bộ Tài chính để nghiên cứu, hướng dẫn bổ sung./.đượ y ban nhân dân các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc trung ương;
