OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 on the organization of cadres,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 58 dated May 3, 1946 on the organization of the Ministry of Interior,

At the request of the Minister of Interior,

Considering current needs,

After deliberation by the Council of Ministers,

 

ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE:

Article 1

The Central Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Vietnam shall be established within the Ministry of Interior.

Article 2

The Central Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Vietnam shall be managed by a General Director.

Article 3

Detailed organization of the Central Overseas Chinese Affairs Office shall be stipulated in a Decree issued by the Minister of Interior.

Article 4

The Minister of Interior is responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
