On the budget for implementing the Border Trade Promotion Program in 2010

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Circular No. 7553/BCT-TMMN dated July 29, 2010,
DECISION:
Article 1. Agree to use VND 16,000 million (sixteen thousand million dong) from the trade promotion budget for 2010, which has been approved by the National Assembly, to implement the Border Trade Promotion Program in 2010.
Article 2. Direct the Ministry of Industry and Trade to take the lead, coordinate with relevant agencies and the Ministry of Finance to adjust and specifically determine the content, principles, and level of support as the basis for approving, settling accounts, and disbursing funds for the implementation of projects and contents of the Program in accordance with commitments under the WTO.
Article 3. The Ministry of Finance shall provide guidance on the financial mechanism for implementing the Program.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 5. The Ministers of the Ministries of Industry and Trade, Finance, and Agriculture and Rural Development are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
