REGARDING THE APPROVAL OF THE NUMBER OF ELECTORAL UNITS, THE LIST OF ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE PROVINICAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF SOC TRANG PROVINCE FOR THE 1999-2004 TERM

APPROVES THE NUMBER OF 49 (FORTY-NINE) DELEGATES TO THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL, 17 (SEVENTEEN) ELECTORAL UNITS, AND THE NUMBER OF DELEGATES TO BE Elected IN EACH ELECTORAL UNIT FOR THE SOC TRANG PROVINCIAL PEOPLE'S COUNCIL (ATTACHED LIST).
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1.- Approves the number of sixty-four (64) provincial People's Council representatives, twenty-three (23) electoral units, and the number of representatives elected at each electoral unit for the Thai Binh Provincial People's Council (attached list).
Article 2. - The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh Province, the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
