OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 on the organization of Ministries,
Pursuant to Decree No. 58 dated May 3, 1946 on the organization of the Ministry of Interior,
Pursuant to Decree No. 137/SL dated February 15, 1948 establishing within the Ministry of Interior an Office called "Central Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau of Vietnam",
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior,
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Lý Ban as Director General of the Central Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau of Vietnam.
Article 2
The Minister of Interior shall implement this Decree accordingly.
