RESOLUTION
NO.: 1386/NQ-TVQHK6
NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS, the Resolution of the National Assembly dated December 18, 1980, concerning certain points on the implementation of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
WHEREAS, Article 100 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS;
RESOLVES:
TO APPROVE THE CONVENTION ON LEGAL REGIME, PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES OF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC ORGANIZATIONS OPERATING IN A SPECIFIED FIELD SIGNED IN BUDAPEST ON DECEMBER 5, 1980.
