DECREE

NUMBER: 138C/SL DATE: DECEMBER 18, 1949

OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

CHAIRMAN

THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

 

PURSUANT TO DECREE NO. 138-B/SL DATED DECEMBER 18, 1949, ESTABLISHING THE STATE AUDIT BOARD;

AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE VICE-PREMIER;

IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS;

 

ENACTED

Article 1

NOW APPOINT THE FOLLOWING PERSONS TO THE STATE AUDIT BOARD:

HEAD OF THE STATE AUDITOR: MR. HO TUNG MAU;

ASSISTANT HEAD OF THE STATE AUDITOR: MR. TRAN DANG NHINH;

STATE AUDITOR: MR. TO QUANG DAU.

Article 2

THE PREMIER OF THE GOVERNMENT SHALL ENFORCE THIS DECREE PURSUANT TO THE DECREE.
