THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM - TENTH SESSION, THIRD MEETING
(From April 21 to May 20, 1998)
BASED ON ARTICLE 84 AND ARTICLE 114 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM IN 1992, ARTICLE 2 OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ORGANIZATION LAW, AND ARTICLE 3 OF THE GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION LAW;
BASED ON THE MINUTES OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY'S VOTE TO APPROVE THE PRIME MINISTER'S PROPOSAL ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM ON MAY 7, 1998;
RESOLUTION:
APPROVES THE PRIME MINISTER'S PROPOSAL ON THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. NGUYEN TAN DUNG AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM.
THIS RESOLUTION WAS PASSED BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM AT ITS TENTH SESSION, THIRD MEETING ON MAY 7, 1998./.
