Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and agencies at the ministerial level;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decision No. 276/CT dated July 28, 1992 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now Prime Minister) on the unified management of tolls and fees;
Following the comments of the Ministry of Transport (Letter No. 3832/GTVT-TCKT dated November 26, 1998),

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Table of Fee Rates for Using National Highway 1A at Buinh Luck Station Km 1933, Long An Province.
Article 2. Object to collect, organization of collection, payment and management The management of fee revenue from the use of National Highway 1A at Buinh Luck Station shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998, issued by the Ministry of Finance, guiding the fee collection system for bridges and roads managed by the State, and Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998, issued by the Ministry of Finance, guiding the amendment and supplementation of Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998, issued by the Ministry of Finance.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from February 1, 1999.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize fee collection at Buinh Luck Station, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
