Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Schedule of Toll Rates for Using National Highway 1A at Bu Nho Station, Kilometer 1933, Long An Province
Article 2. The objects subject to collection, the organization of collection, payment, and management and use of the toll revenue for National Highway 1A at Bu Nho Station shall be implemented in accordance with Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of tolls managed by the State and Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from February 1, 1999.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of the fee, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of tolls at Bu Nho Station and relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
