Regarding the addition of business activities for Da Nang Wood Products and Import-Export Company

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decision No. 76 NN-TCCB/QD dated January 23, 1996 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the merger of certain units into the Da Nang Wood Products and Import-Export Company under the Vietnam Timber Corporation;

Considering the proposal of the Vietnam Timber Corporation at Circular No. 59 TCT/TCLD/CV dated January 13, 2000;

At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,

Pursuant to …;

 Article 1.- Add business activities for the Da Nang Wood Products and Import-Export Company under the Vietnam Timber Corporation:

- Trading in aquatic products; wine, beer, soft drinks

- Trading in gasoline, oil, grease

Article 2.- The General Director of the Da Nang Wood Products and Import-Export Company is responsible for re-registering the additional production and business activities in accordance with current regulations.

Article 3.- THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.

The Head of the Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, the General Director of the Vietnam Timber Corporation, and the General Director of the Da Nang Wood Products and Import-Export Company are responsible for implementing this decision./.
