DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
Regarding the supplementation and amendment of the List of Special-Purpose Motorcycles Required to Register, Obtain License Plates, and Undergo Safety Technical Inspections When Participating in Road Traffic in Appendix 1 of the Regulations Issued Together with Decision No. 4381/2001/QĐ-BGTVT dated December 19, 2001, issued by the Minister of TransportPursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

Pursuant to the Road Traffic Law dated June 29, 2001;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department, the Director of the Transport Department, and the Director General of the Vietnam Highway Administration,
To amend and supplement the List of Special-Purpose Motorcycles Required to Register, Obtain License Plates, and Undergo Safety Technical Inspections When Participating in Road Traffic in Appendix 1 of the Regulations Issued Together with Decision No. 4381/2001/QĐ-BGTVT dated December 19, 2001, issued by the Minister of Transport.
DECISION:
Article 1. This List replaces the "List of Self-Propelled Special-Purpose Motorcycles Required to Register, Obtain License Plates, and Undergo Safety Technical Inspections When Participating in Road Traffic in Appendix 1" of the Regulations on Registration, Issuance of License Plates, Safety Technical Inspections, and Environmental Protection Issued Together with Decision No. 4381/2001/QĐ-BGTVT dated December 19, 2001, issued by the Minister of Transport.
The Head of the Office, Directors of the Legal Department, the Transport Department, the Science and Technology Department, the Vietnam Highway Administration, the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, Directors of Provincial and Central City Departments of Transport and Public Works, Heads of agencies, units, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, the Director of the Transport Department, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration, the Director of the Vietnam Inspection Agency, the Directors of the Departments of Transport and Public Works of the provinces and centrally governed cities, the Heads of agencies, units, and individuals related to this Decision shall be responsible for its implementation./.
