Pursuant to the Administrative Violation Handling Ordinance dated July 2, 2002 and Decree No. 134/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Administrative Violation Handling Ordinance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;

Pursuant to Decree No. 10/CP dated January 23, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organization of Market Administration;

At the proposal of the Director of the Market Management Department,

Article 1. Attached hereto are the regulations on stamp models and their usage, management of Market Administration stamps.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 424/2003/QĐ-BTM dated April 11, 2003 of the Minister of Trade regarding the management and use of Market Administration stamps.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry of Trade’s Office, the Director of the Market Administration Bureau, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Trade, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Trade (Trade and Tourism Departments), and the Chiefs of Market Administration Branches of provinces and centrally-administered cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
