THE QUANTITY OF MINERAL RESOURCES IN MINERAL EXPLORATION REPORTS

BASED ON DECREE NO. 91/2002/ND-CP OF NOVEMBER 11, 2002 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 160/2005/ND-CP OF DECEMBER 27, 2005 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES AND DETAILED PROVISIONS FOR THE MINERAL LAW AND THE AMENDMENT TO CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE MINERAL LAW;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINERAL RESERVE ASSESSMENT COUNCIL'S OFFICE AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMITTING, REVIEWING, EVALUATING, AND APPROVING MINERAL RESERVES IN MINERAL EXPLORATION REPORTS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
THIS DECISION REPLACES DECREE NO. 9309/QDHĐ OF MARCH 8, 1993 OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE MINERAL RESERVE APPROVAL COUNCIL ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTING, APPROVING, AND ASSESSING MINERAL RESERVE CALCULATION REPORTS BY THE MINERAL RESERVE APPROVAL COUNCIL; DECREE NO. 40/QDHĐ OF MARCH 10, 1974 OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE MINERAL RESERVE APPROVAL COUNCIL ISSUING TEMPORARY REGULATIONS ON THE CONTENT AND PRESENTATION OF METAL MINE RESERVE CALCULATION DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMISSION TO THE MINERAL RESERVE APPROVAL COUNCIL; DECREE NO. 41/QDHĐ OF MARCH 10, 1974 OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE MINERAL RESERVE APPROVAL COUNCIL ISSUING TEMPORARY REGULATIONS ON THE CONTENT AND PRESENTATION OF NON-METAL MINE RESERVE CALCULATION DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMISSION TO THE MINERAL RESERVE APPROVAL COUNCIL; DECREE NO. 29/QDHĐ OF DECEMBER 6, 1973 OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE MINERAL RESERVE APPROVAL COUNCIL ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE CONTENT OF THE SUMMARY REPORT OF THE GEOLOGICAL EXPLORATION RESULTS OF THE AUTHOR GROUP TO BE PRESENTED AT THE MINERAL RESERVE APPROVAL COUNCIL.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-EQUIVALENT AGENCIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-RELATED AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
