BASED ON THE VOCATIONAL TRAINING LAW dated November 29, 2006
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. THESE REGULATIONS ON EXAMINATIONS, ASSESSMENTS AND GRADUATION CERTIFICATION IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS OF THE REGULAR TRACK ARE HEREBY ISSUED TOGETHER WITH THIS DECISION.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JUNE 1, 2007. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS REGARDING EXAMINATIONS, ASSESSMENTS AND GRADUATION CERTIFICATION IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS OF THE REGULAR TRACK THAT CONTRADICT THIS DECISION ARE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES, CHIEF OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE GENERAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING ADMINISTRATION, PRINCIPALS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, PRINCIPALS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, DIRECTORS OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTERS; HEADS OF ENTERPRISES, SPECIALIZED VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, COLLEGES, UNIVERSITIES AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS REGISTERED FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING ACTIVITIES, HEADS OF RELATED GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
