REPEALING CERTAIN ARTICLES IN THE REGULATIONS ON OPERATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECISION NO. 54/2004/QĐ-BNN DATED OCTOBER 28, 2004 BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 86/2003/NĐ-CP DATED JULY 18, 2003 PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE.

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
REPEAL ARTICLE 24, ARTICLE 25, AND ARTICLE 26 IN THE REGULATIONS ON OPERATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECISION NO. 54/2004/QĐ-BNN DATED OCTOBER 28, 2004 BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT.
THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
DECISION:
Article 1. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S SUBORDINATE UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Legal Department, and the heads of the units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
