Pursuant to the Law on Product and Goods Quality, November 21, 2007;
Pursuant to the Measurement Ordinance, October 6, 1999;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 06/2002/NĐ-CP dated January 14, 2002 detailing the implementation of the Measurement Ordinance;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 51/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2008 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to the document No. 1064/BXD-KHCN dated August 18, 1997 of the Ministry of Construction regarding the agreement for the Ministry of Transport to organize inspection, evaluation, and issue decisions recognizing the operational capacity of transportation construction testing laboratories;
Pursuant to the Decision No. 11/2008/QĐ-BXD dated July 1, 2008 of the Ministry of Construction issuing the Regulation on Recognition and Management of Testing Laboratory Activities in the Field of Construction;.

Article 1. The attached to this Decision is the "Regulations on Recognition and Management of Testing Laboratory Activities in the Field of Transportation Construction."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. This Decision replaces Decision No. 2496/QĐ-KHKT dated September 24, 1997 of the Minister of Transport on the issuance of "Regulations on the Recognition of Transportation Construction Testing Laboratories."
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Science and Technology Departments, Heads of relevant Bureaus, Departments, Institutes under the Ministry of Transport, Directors of Provincial Transport Departments, organizations, and individuals related to the activities and management of transportation construction testing laboratories are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
